Processing Times

All orders are processed through Australia Post. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by Australia Post or other shipping carriers. By shopping with us, you agree to our shipping policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 10 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange for an item of equal value minus shipping costs. Items returned after the 10-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in an undamaged, unwashed and unperfumed clean condition.To make a return, please email bianca@soza.au with your order number. We will help you process your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Purchases made by AFTERPAY that are wishing to be returned, will incur a 6% fee to be deducted from the refund.  This amount will be calculated from the return amount minus shipping, and taken from total, to cover the merchant costs of Afterpay which are not refundable to the merchant in the event of a return. 

We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to our store safely.
